The complete amount was paid off before even the service was done. However, when the service buddy called he told me that this service can not be done. And I told him to cancel the order. Despite the order being cancelled to get the amount I paid it took me almost one month. And after several follow-ups every day for one month and escalating this on Twitter I was able to get the refund.
This shows how they treat their customers. And how they treat once the amount has been paid off for the service. Once the payment is done, know that you are going to be played. And they will not respond properly to your queries. Even when you follow up with their customer care, they will simply keep the time going. And you would have to wait literally forever to get your money refunded that you paid in advance.
