Here are the key points as my takeaway from the Nikhil Saini MyQuickIdea Interview. Note that some of the details are taken from the MyQuickIdea blog and have been modified in accordance to the interview discussion with me.

Prabhu: Who is Nikhil and What is MyQuickIdea?

Nikhil: I am Nikhil, a professional computer technician cum blogger, belong to Jaipur, Rajasthan. I am crazy about blogging and computers since a long time. MyQuickIdea is a blog which is a favorite platform for me to leverage my knowledge to the readers so that anybody who has any problem in PC can get the solution through MyQuickIdea. I am constantly trying to make this blog easier to read so that visitors can gain knowledge with little efforts.

Prabhu: What kind of networking is best for a blog to increase the traffic?

Nikhil: There is no specific networking that would work for every blog. However, helping fellow bloggers is a good way to start with as always. As far as traffic is concerned, people should focus on Organic traffic than referral traffic from social media. In the long run, you will succeed if you have organic traffic than referral traffic.

Prabhu: What was your first income that boosted your confidence?

Nikhil: First income from affiliate marketing. I got my first payment of 50$ from ShareASale, which helped to boost my confidence to do this full time.

Prabhu: Is Blogging a full time or part time for you?

Nikhil: Blogging, Social media marketing, and content marketing are a full-time business for me now.

Prabhu: What keeps you going on when you are down? How do you recharge your mind?

Nikhil: When I do not feel like doing anything I just simply go for a walk or listen to songs or watch some movies. That helps me keep going and get my energy back.

Prabhu: A lot of people nowadays think that making money online is easy, and anybody could do it. Do you have any comments that you would like to share?

Nikhil: No, that is a wrong idea. Making money online is hard. Entrepreneurship is a fancy thing now which everyone wants to do but then what people do not understand is it takes a lot of patience and hard work to get something real out of it. If you do not have the patience, then you should not be in this field.

Prabhu: How much time do you spend in blogging every day?

Nikhil: Because this provides bread and butter to me, I work full time on projects and my blog.

Prabhu: Did you take any help from any developer when you started your blog?

Nikhil: No I created the blog myself and over the period I made changes to my blog to look professional.

Prabhu: Where do you see yourself and your blog a few years from now?

Nikhil: I am expecting more people to learn from my blog and learn from my blog. I am willing to take this journey to an even more exciting phase where my blog would be the face of me, and people can learn so much from my blog and tutorials.

There are some strategies that Nikhil has shared and do watch the YouTube video to know the tactics and steps he has taken to make MyQuickIdea stand where it is now. If you have any questions which I should ask to the bloggers or would like potentially to be featured in our blog, then do comment below and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Until then, here is to your success. Cheers!
